At Digital Info System (www.digitalinfosystem.in), customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day refund window on our digital products and software. If you believe the software you purchased does not deliver the features or functionality we promised, you are entitled to request a refund — subject to review and the conditions outlined below.

1 Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered eligible if the following conditions are met:

  • Software is missing a feature explicitly advertised or promised in writing
  • The product is completely non-functional after purchase
  • Request is raised within 7 days of the purchase date
  • The issue has been reported to our support team and remains unresolved
  • No fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account

✗ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Refund request raised after the 7-day window
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the product
  • Product works as advertised but customer expected different results
  • Account suspended or flagged for fraudulent activity
  • Product has already been fully used, downloaded, or activated
  • Pricing or discount-related disputes

2 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps within 7 days of your purchase:

Provide your order details — Order ID, purchase date, and the email address used at checkout.
Describe the issue clearly — Specify which feature(s) are missing or not working as promised, and include screenshots or supporting evidence where possible.
Allow us to resolve it first — Our support team will attempt to fix the issue within 48–72 hours. If we are unable to resolve it, your refund request will be escalated.
Await review — Once your request is submitted, we will review it for eligibility and check for any fraudulent activity.

3 Review & Verification Process

Every refund request goes through a fair verification process to ensure legitimacy:

  • We will cross-check the purchased product's feature list against your claim.
  • Account activity will be reviewed for any signs of abuse, fraudulent transactions, or policy violations.
  • If the refund reason is found to be valid and justifiable, it will be approved.
  • If fraudulent activity is detected, the request will be rejected and the account may be permanently suspended.
  • We reserve the right to request additional verification documents if required.
⚠ Important: Submitting false or misleading information to obtain a refund constitutes fraud and may result in legal action under applicable Indian laws (IT Act, 2000 & IPC).

4 Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited as follows:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3 to 7 working days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.
Note: Payment gateway or transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

5 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made after the 7-day window from the date of purchase.
  • The product was purchased during a sale, promotional offer, or with a discount coupon (unless the product is fundamentally broken).
  • The customer has violated our Terms & Conditions.
  • The product has been fully accessed, downloaded, or activated and is functioning correctly.
  • The complaint is about features not listed in the product description at time of purchase.
  • Refund request is part of a pattern of abuse (repeated refund requests across multiple orders).

6 Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, such as:

  • Only a minor portion of the promised features is missing and the rest of the product functions correctly.
  • The customer has partially used the product or service before raising the complaint.
  • A mutually agreed resolution amount is accepted by both parties.

Partial refund amounts are determined case by case after internal review.

7 Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund review, you may escalate the matter:

  • Send a formal dispute email to contact@digitalinfosystem.in with subject line: "Refund Dispute – [Your Order ID]".
  • We will respond to disputes within 7 working days.
  • Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India, governed by Indian law.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated Effective Date.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
